For bulk sizes, we do not offer free shipping at this stage. We do offer free shipping for non bulk items for orders over $120 AUD across Australia.

We dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, from our Melbourne HQ. All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking, and we ship Australia-wide with standard and express options.

To ensure our ingredients are stored in optimal conditions, most ingredients can’t be returned unless there’s an issue.
