At Craft 360, we aim to make your ingredient experience as smooth as possible. Our free shipping offer is designed to reward larger orders, while also making it feasible for us to continue to offer competitive pricing and safely deliver premium ingredients across Australia.
Eligibility
On most products, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD when delivered to eligible Metro Areas.
Metro Areas are defined by Australia Post and include most capital cities and major regional centres. If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to check for you. Otherwise, you can check at checkout when you enter your shipping address.
Exclusions & Important Notes
To keep this offer sustainable and safe, a few important exclusions apply:
🚫 Bulk Products
Products or options marked with "Bulk" in the product name or option/size selected (e.g., 5kg, 20L) are excluded from the free shipping offer due to their size and weight.
Although there will be some exceptions, the below guide will give you a rough idea on what is excluded (please note these may change from time to time).
Exclusions:
Essential Oil Sizes from 600ml and higher
Other Ingredients in 5L / 3kg Sizes and higher.
Bottles / Packaging greater than or equal to Pack of 50
🚫 Express Shipping
This offer applies to standard shipping only. If you select Express Shipping at checkout, regular Express rates will apply regardless of order value.
