We dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, from our Melbourne HQ. All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking, and we ship Australia-wide with standard and express options.

Returns:

Something not right? Let us know within 30 days and we’ll replace anything damaged or faulty.

Change of Mind:

To ensure our ingredients are stored in optimal conditions, most ingredients can’t be returned unless there’s an issue.

All other products can be returned or exchanged if you cover the return postage.
