Sale Period
The Craft 360 Black Friday Sale runs from 12:00 PM AEST Thursday 13 November 2025 to 11:59 PM AEST Saturday 22 November 2025. Discounts and offers are available strictly within this period.
These Black Friday Sale Terms and Conditions apply in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these terms will prevail for the duration of the Black Friday promotion.
Discounts & Eligibility

Discounts vary between 10–50% off across selected products and variants.

The discount shown on each product tile reflects the highest discount available for any variant within that product. This means the displayed discount may not apply to all variants. Please click through to the product page to view the specific discount applicable to your selected variant.

Not all products or variants are included in the sale.

Gift cards are excluded from all discounts and promotions.

Discounts and offers apply automatically at checkout — no discount code is required.

Free Shipping Offer

Free standard shipping is available within Australia only on orders over $80 AUD, calculated on the final discounted order total after any discounts have been applied.

Offer applies to standard shipping only, not express delivery.

Shipping delays may occur due to the high volume of orders placed during the sale period.
Gifts With Purchase (GWP)

Free gifts with purchase are automatically applied to eligible orders once the qualifying spend is reached.

Order value thresholds are based on the final discounted total after discounts and before shipping.

GWP offers vary throughout the sale period and are available only while stocks last.

Substitutions or exchanges for GWP items are not permitted.

If items are returned (where applicable), any gifted item must also be returned in new condition.
Returns & Exchanges

No returns or exchanges for change of mind will be accepted on purchases made during the Black Friday Sale.

Faulty or damaged items remain covered under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Order Volume & Fulfilment

Due to high order volumes, processing and dispatch times may be longer than usual.

We’ll do our best to restock popular products quickly, but some may sell out and not be restocked before the sale ends.

To avoid missing out or experiencing delays, we recommend finalising your cart early.
Warehouse & Pick-Up Orders

During the sale period, the Craft 360 warehouse is open for pre-ordered pickups only.

Walk-in purchases will not be available and will not qualify for sale pricing or promotions.
Errors & Corrections
While we strive for accuracy, Craft 360 reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, omissions, or technical glitches, and to cancel or adjust orders if necessary.
