Instant Win Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Craft 360 Pty Ltd (ABN 62 620 000 240), based in Eltham, Victoria, Australia. All references to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Craft 360.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who are currently located in Australia at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Craft 360 are not eligible to enter.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, entrants must complete all of the following steps:
• Follow our Instagram or Facebook page
• Like the giveaway post
• Tag at least one (1) person in the comments of the giveaway post
• Complete the official giveaway sign-up form via the entry link provided
All steps must be completed for an entry to be valid.
Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, use of fake accounts, duplicate profiles, automation, bots, or scripts will result in disqualification.
Entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on 18 March 2026, unless all instant win prizes are claimed earlier.
Craft 360 reserves the right to verify that all entry steps have been completed prior to awarding a prize.
4. Instant Win Mechanics
This is an instant win giveaway.
For every fifty (50) valid entries received, one (1) entry will be randomly selected as an instant winner via automated instant-win software.
A maximum of thirty-six (36) prizes are available. Once thirty-six (36) prizes have been won, the giveaway will automatically close, even if the advertised closing date has not yet been reached.
Winning entrants will be notified via email after submitting the official entry form if they have won.
All winning notifications are communicated privately via email. No public winner announcement will be made.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, up to the maximum prize limit.
5. Prize Details
Each winner will receive:
$83 AUD worth of Craft 360 Essential Oils, consisting of the specific products listed in the giveaway description.
There is no product substitution or selection option. Winners will receive the exact products as advertised.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Prizes will be shipped via Australia Post to Australian addresses only.
Total Prize Pool
A maximum of thirty-six (36) prizes are available.
Maximum total prize pool value: $2,988 AUD.
6. Claiming the Prize
If an entrant is notified that they have won, they must reply to the winning email within thirty (30) days of the notification date and provide:
• Full name
• Australian shipping address
• Contact phone number
The prize is valid for 30 days from the date of the winning email notification.
If the winner does not respond within thirty (30) days, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and forfeited. Craft 360 reserves the right to cancel the unclaimed prize at its discretion.
7. Verification & Disqualification
Craft 360 reserves the right to:
• Verify the identity, location, and validity of entries at any time
• Disqualify entries deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Request proof of identity and Australian residential address before dispatching prizes
If a selected winner is found not to meet eligibility criteria, the prize may be redrawn.
Craft 360’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Privacy
By entering this giveaway, entrants consent to their name, email address, and mobile number being collected and used for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and sending marketing updates from Craft 360.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
Craft 360 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time due to technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.
If the giveaway cannot be conducted as planned, Craft 360 reserves the right to cancel or award prizes in a fair and reasonable manner.
Prize values are accurate at the time of publication.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
