Craft 360 Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Craft 360 (ABN 62 620 000 240), based in Eltham, Victoria, Australia. All references to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Craft 360.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
- To qualify, entrants must be a skincare brand owner, bath & body brand owner, or a business owner who uses essential oils in their products or services. The business must operate within Australia.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Craft 360 are not eligible to enter.
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, eligible entrants must complete all of the following steps:
- Follow our instagram or facebook page
- Like the giveaway post
- Tag at least one (1) skincare, bath & body, or essential oil–using brand owner in the comments of the giveaway post
- Complete the official giveaway sign-up form via the entry link provided
All steps must be completed for an entry to be valid.
Limit of one (1) entry per business. Multiple entries, use of fake accounts, duplicate profiles, automation, bots, or scripts will result in disqualification.
Entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on 18 March 2026.
Craft 360 reserves the right to verify that all entry steps have been completed prior to awarding the prize.
4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) Vevor Manual Liquid Filling Pump (valued at $179.99 AUD)
- $321 AUD worth of Craft 360 Essential Oils (selected from our available range, subject to stock availability)
Total prize value: $500 AUD.
The essential oils must be selected within 30 days of notification. If selected oils are unavailable, Craft 360 reserves the right to substitute with oils of equal value.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Standard shipping within Australia is included in the total value of $500.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly drawn on 19 March 2026.
The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided at entry. We will also announce the winner on Instagram.
If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, Craft 360 reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Craft 360’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Public Announcement & Social Media
By entering this giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree that, if selected as the winner, Craft 360 may publicly announce the winner on social media and/or via email communications.
Where the entry was submitted via Instagram or Facebook, this may include publication of the winner’s Instagram or Facebook handle for the purpose of identifying and announcing the winner.
Only the winner’s social media handle will be published. No additional personal information (including full name, email address, or mobile number) will be disclosed without prior consent.
If a winner does not wish for their social media handle to be published, they must notify Craft 360 in writing prior to accepting the prize.
7. Verification & Disqualification
Craft 360 reserves the right to:
- Verify the identity, eligibility, and validity of entries at any time.
- Disqualify entries deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Request proof of identity or proof of winning notification before dispatching prizes.
Our decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the winner is found not to meet eligibility criteria, the prize may be redrawn.
8. Privacy
By entering this giveaway, entrants consent to their name, email address & mobile number being collected and used for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and sending marketing updates from Craft 360.
Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
- Craft 360 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time due to technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.
- If the giveaway cannot be conducted as planned, Craft 360 reserves the right to cancel or award prizes in a fair and reasonable manner.
- Prize values are accurate at the time of publication.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
